    It was one of Court Cuisines in Choseon Dynasty, and Mrs. Nam developed a menu based on the age-old recipe in 1960’s, which now became a popular dish in Korea. It is regarded as a highly nutritional food boiled with carp, chicken, and soft-shelled turtle.
